CZ Design – Birthday Palooza Stamp Set

Hi there! Today I’m sharing a birthday card made with Distress Oxide ink and the CZ Design Birthday Palooza stamp set with coordinating dies.

I like to blend blue and green inks together, to create bold backgrounds. For this card, I paired a Distress Oxide ink background with plain white cardstock. I used a Distress Ink resist and gold embossing powder to make the sentiment.

After heat embossing this fun “Woot” stamp from the CZ Design Birthday Palooza stamp set, I blended blue and green inks over the message.

I brushed water onto my stamped words, after using the Distress Oxide inks. I also sprayed a sprayed a little bit of water on my background, to give the ink a bleached look.

I really enjoyed using this stamp set, because the bold words are so versatile. These stamps can be colored, stamped or embossed, and the sentiments are so fun. I only focused on two of the stamps for this card, but many of the stamps in this set can easily be paired together.
